QUESTIONS and ANSWERS

Man preparing to hit a golf ball on an artificial turf mat.

Why should you consider purchasing Champion Golf Mat?

The artificial golf mat is a 6 decade (60 year) old technology. While artificial golf mats have improved over the years, nothing takes the place of a real grass golf mat experience in providing you with a platform to develop your golf striking skills. Remember! Golf is designed to be played/practiced on grass, not on an artificial grass surface.

The decision is yours. Either continue to practice on a hard artificial surface, or in complete contrast, replicate a true "Real Grass" experience and hone your golf striking skills with Champion Golf Mat.

My golf instructor uses a synthetic golf mat for my lesson. Why change?

In the absence of real grass, your instructor may have no other choice except to administer your lessons on a synthetic golf mat for instruction. Request that he conduct future lessons on our "Real Grass" golf mat. The benefits and results will be monumental!

Is Champion Golf Mat easy to maintain?

Yes! Once sod is secured onto our golf mat platform, simple watering to keep grass hydrated will sustain the grass for weeks.

Is Grass (Sod) expensive?

Depending on where you live, geographically, sod will vary in price. On average, sod is relatively inexpensive. For example, sod prices in Illinois average around $7.99 per a 10 sq. ft. roll, while sod prices in California average around $10.00 for an 8 sq. ft. roll....a small price to pay for a "Real Grass" experience!

Where do I go to purchase sod for my Champion Golf Mat?

We have partnered with major turf growers throughout the USA to provide our customers with sod.  Further, we use Uber Freight, Roadie, and other local delivery logistic carriers who will provide fast, flexible, and cost effective delivery of sod to your front door. Alternatively, most Lowe's, Home Depot, and local garden centers offer fresh sod for sale. Local landscapers and lawn maintenance companies may also be receptive to providing and installing the sod for you for a nominal charge.

Why should a PGA golf instructor recommend CHAMPION Golf Mat to his students.

No different from a classroom teacher, it is incumbent for a golf instructor to assign the equivalent of homework to his students. Unless you, as a student, diligently practice on a repetitive basis, your ability to advance to the next level of competency is limited. In the words of the legendary Green Packers coach Vince Lombardi,. "Perfect Practice Makes Perfect!" and that's what CHAMPION Golf Mat delivers.

What does Champion Golf Mat accomplish that an artificial golf mat doesn't?

Champion Golf Mat provides accurate feedback at the point of club impact with the ball, takes divots, uses long tees, replicates tee, fairway, shots from the rough, and sand bunker encounters. Our goal is to provide the means to give you a true golf encounter to develop your golf striking skills.

How often am I required to change the sod?

Replacement of sod is directly related to the amount of grass degradation. Taking divots continuously will expedite the replacement of sod. In contrast, sod will last for weeks if you minimally take divots and keep sod lightly watered.

Can I return Champion Golf Mat for a full refund if I am not satisfied with the product?

Absolutely! We value our customers. Simply adhere to our Return Policy Terms for a full refund.
